Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining firmware for our innovative IoT products. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain firmware for IoT devices with a focus on WiFi connectivity.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of firmware and hardware components.
Conduct hands-on low-level system debugging using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other tools.
Perform product testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for firmware projects.
Deliver high-quality results within given timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in embedded development of IoT devices.
Have a solid understanding of the craftmanship of firmware development, as well as processes used in daily work and product integration and testing.
Proficiency in embedded development environments, such as Eclipse.
Strong experience with C and C++
Experience with Free RTOS/Linux is a bonus.
Familiarity with general communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
Experience with Azure IoT is a bonus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English. Chinese and Swedish are bonus.
