At Customer Support you will work with colleagues at the help desk to create and develop positive relationships focusing on our Finnish customers by answering technical support issues via telephone and e-mail about Apsis Newsletter Pro. You will also follow up on clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The cases are handled in parallel and with varying complexity and takes place at the office in Malmö.
We expect you to have good general knowledge of IT and experience in technical SW support in the past. It is beneficial if you have worked with a case management system of any kind. You have some knowledge of HTML and/or XML, RSS, SQL Server and the understanding of the technology behind e-mail.
We want you to be fluent in Finnish and English and good in Swedish.
