About the position
Perido is looking for a Consumer Relations Agent for a position at one of our clients, a major company and well-known name in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position situated in Gothenburg. You can also work remotely, but you need to be able to be in the office 2-3 days a month. In this role you will need to have the ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays, our client is available for their consumers whenever they need them.
Your daily tasks
As a Customer Consumer Relations Agent, your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, addressing the needs of both current and prospective consumers throughout the entire shopping and ownership journey. Your role as a brand ambassador is pivotal in supporting our mission to enhance the communities we serve and bring our brand promise to life. This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable insights into both consumer behavior and our products, making it an ideal stepping stone for building a future career within the company.
Your communication skills will be put to use as you engage with consumers via phone, email, chat, and social media, aiming to understand their inquiries or issues and providing viable solutions with a high level of service. Coordinating towing and roadside services for car owners experiencing breakdowns is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in managing lead generation, delegation, and follow-up, ensuring the effective utilization of leads. It is crucial to prioritize and escalate customer feedback and feature requests to the relevant internal teams. Your role extends to actively identifying, proposing, and driving activities with stakeholders within and outside the Customer Care department, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency in our processes.
Your characteristics

You feel comfortable in contact with customers and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are solution-oriented, results-driven and have high integrity. To succeed in this assignment, you ought to have a very good ability to cooperate and be a flexible team player who thrives when working with others. Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Know how to work CRM systems (Salesforce etc.)
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, in Finnish and English
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment through Perido until 2024-06-30. Start 2024-01-01.
