Stream International Nordic AB provides technical customer support in the Nordic area. Our customers are high technology companies that have chosen to outsource part of their enterprise. Stream helps both private- and business customers with technical support.
Our travel booking and travel support will expand and therefore we are looking for persons who can speak Finnish fluently.
The travel sales professionals will be responsible for taking inbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. Provide responsive and competent telephone support to customers, solve and handle customer inquiries. You will also manage claims (email, fax and chat) on problematical of booking, documentation request and travel coordination.

Can you offer us?
Finnish and English language skills (both written and spoken). Swedish is a plus.
Customer service and/or Sales experience
Excellent communications skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and provide reassuring answers.
Ability to make quick and fast searches in the Internet, while maintaining the conversation.
Ability to work irregular hours (evenings/weekends)
Experience with travel systems e g Amadeus, IATA, Galileo etc is an advantage.
