ABOUT THE ROLE
Exciting times ahead at The Absolut Company where we are looking for a dedicated Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance department in Stockholm!
In this role, you will be our functional expert, bringing key accounting expertise and building strong partnership and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, globally.
You will bring our organization to the next level thanks to process improvement recommendations such as simplification, smarter technical solutions, and implementation of modern ways of working that will ensure accuracy, timeliness, efficiency, and team wellbeing.
Your role will be a mix of both strategical and operational tasks and you will lead a great passionate team of 2 junior analysts. Finally, you will report to our Director Controlling & Accounting.
In this role you will also
• Coordinate the Financial Reporting to the HQ based in Paris, ensuring correct application of IFRS principles
• Drive the preparation, review, and submission of the annual reports in compliance with Swedish GAAPs
• Coordinate all internal and external financial reporting activities, including monthly reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet, Forecasts and Budgets, Annual reports, Tax declarations, Statistics etc.
• Provide guidance on accounting principles to the Finance team and to the rest of the organization
• Prepare and file Corporate Tax returns to the applicable tax agency as well as submitting applicable Tax reporting to the Group
• Participate to or lead different projects related to processes, ways of working, changes in company structure etc.
• Lead and develop further a team of 2 direct reports

Background/Experience Required
• Master 's degree in business, finance or similar
• 6-10 year 's qualified accounting or audit experience, preferably within a Big 4
• Deep expertise of Swedish GAAP and IFRS
• Relevant experience within corporate taxation, tax planning and reconciliation
• Previous team and/or project management experience is a plus
