This I the job for you if you have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience of demonstrated financial skills through prior work experience. You will be hired by Academic Resource and work as a consultant at Cytiva. The assignment starts February 28th 2022 and is expected to last until December 24th 2022. For the right person, there are very good opportunities for extension of the assignment or direct employment.

Role and main responsibilities
You will be a member of an international team with all levels of experience in a fast-paced environment with some strict deadlines, as it comes to the financial planning and reporting.
As a Bioprocess FP&A Analyst and a member of the Bioprocess FP&A team, you will
• Play a key role in the continuous improvement of financial processes, and you are expected to embrace contemporary digital finance capabilities
• Own the forecasting & reporting of orders, sales and standard margin across Bioprocess franchise. Understand and explain variance drivers to operating plan, previous year, previous forecast, including price and mix dynamics and VCM
• Run weekly & monthly bowlers & analytics for reporting sales, orders & backlog to Bioprocess General manager, CFO and other members of the senior leadership team
• Support orders, sales and margin budget setup and load to the relevant systems
• Prepare, maintain & improve key standard templates for Bioprocess reviews with Cytiva CFO & other members of the senior leadership team
• Support the Bioprocess FP&A team in month end and quarter close activities, including FX translation & variance analysis
Qualifications
You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience, preferably 3 years of demonstrated financial skills through prior work experience. You have solid PC skills with experience from financials systems and applications such as Hyperion or Oracle and strong excel skills. Since you will be working in an international team, it is mandatory that you have fluent language skills in English.

You have proved ability to use large sets of data, identify trends & drivers and summarize into key takeaways and actions for the senior leadership team. You are initiative taking, communicative and have a high level of integrity, with an ability to build partnerships, influence decisions and work in a collaborative style.
Finally, you have an established business mindset, where you are able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
