Finance Director - Group & Shared Operations
On behalf of Tele2 we are now looking for a Finance Director - Group & Shared Operations, located in Stockholm. You will be a key person in the setup, implementation and management of the financial governance for Tele2's Shared Operations, as various functions are consolidated into it. The goals for the organization that you lead include improving synergy, knowledge sharing and connectivity across the Finance teams working within Group & Shared Operations. You will leverage the Finance team's knowledge to help Shared Operations deliver on its strategic goals.
In this role you will participate in two leadership teams - the Group Finance Leadership Team, reporting to the Group CFO and the Shared Operations Leadership Team, with a matrix reporting to the Group COO. You are also responsible for financial management of Tele2?s growing IoT business. You will have four direct reports and a department of around 25 persons, located currently in Stockholm, Amsterdam and Riga.
We are looking for a visionary leader having experience in financial leadership, preferably within a multinational company. You should have a strong track record in driving change projects and within BPO. Further, you are a flexible, self-motivated and result oriented individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. If you have got Telecom experience it is meriting.
Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for key financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Lead and drive development of Group & Shared Operations
Lead and drive Commercial and Network/IT Operational controlling through close collaboration with functional units as well as with local Finance Directors
Drive key improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
Lead a department of approximately 25 employees with four direct reports
Responsible for financial management of IoT business
