We are currently looking for a Facility and Admin Coordinator for our brand-new office located near Central Station in Gothenburg!
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility and Admin Coordinator to join our office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing strategic for our facilities and administrative function at our site. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and the continuous improvement of our facilities management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain standardized processes for facility and admin operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Facilities Management.
Liaise with landlords and negotiate with suppliers as required.
Welcome guests, customers, and internal colleagues, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage the phone desk/switchboard and assist with various administrative tasks.
Handle scanning and processing of all incoming/outgoing official documents.

You have experience in similar positions and are:

Qualifications:
Education in Facilities Management or Administration preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong computer skills with experience in working with various systems.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
