We are now looking for a one year temporary facility manager position to cover the extended leave of the current facility manager. What you will be part of
In this role at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Sweden you will be part of the Engineering & Technology team. The team's responsibility is to maximize value from Group Property Assets. This supports strategic planning and creates consistent sustainable quality infrastructure and services allowing the business to operate effectively and efficiently. The ambition is to always deliver "Best in Class" cost effective services, systems and environments that meet the needs that allow the business to focus on core activities. The position is a full-time temporary assignment from September 2023 until September 2024. You will be based in Jordbro, south of Stockholm, where our production, warehouse, and office are located on the same premises.

Your new role
The Facilities Manager liaises with the local management and end-users of the Coca-Cola Europacific site in Jordbro. The primary goal is to effectively manage the infrastructure, hard and soft services at the production site and headquarters. For example; technical maintenance, security of the building, post room services, reception services, catering, cleaning services, space management, FM related legal compliance, health & safety and the management of CRS initiatives and sustainability infrastructure. The role involves the project management of local fit out projects including change management to meet business needs. An integral part of the role is the creation and management of the financial budgets for all FM activities in terms of both capex and opex.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
Manage and coordinate all Facility Management activity within the Coca-Cola Europacific scope of FM work.
Liaise with internal and central stakeholders, own customer relationships and communicate FM strategy to ensure consistent quality service delivery and drive customer satisfaction.
Identify business needs, contract specifications and performance (KBI and SLA) and follow up supplier and contract delivery/spend and identify optimization potential.
Support the negotiation of all local contracts.
Collaborate on, develop and implement Facility Management standards and procedures.
Lead change management processes engaging with key stakeholders as required.
Manage the outsourced and/or in-house hard and soft services. The scope of services will be defined by the business needs.
Execution and support the CAPEX investments with in the facility & utilities area.
Match the services the business needs and the agreed requirement - drive value, establish and manage the OPEX budget.
Define and agree with business unit stakeholder and negotiate alignment on the budget needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and company policy.
Organize and lead quarterly FM forums providing SME support and sharing best practice for continuous improvement.
Managing all invoices and purchase orders for external contractors and service providers.


Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for a person that is engaged and a responsible entrepreneur. When running into problems you approach it with a "can do" mentality, where you balance your operational and tactical capabilities to ensure success. Managing change and driving projects is something that you have done before. You can communicate well in both Swedish and English and adapt your messaging towards different target groups. Ensuring that our contracts are aligned with our business needs and financial budget through negotiation and relationship building is something you are used to.

Other than that, we are expecting that you have a relevant degree and/or a few years of relevant experience in a similar role in building and facility management. You have prior operational experience within a larger operational facility with manufacturing and distribution activities and volatile demand. An extensive experience in management of a fully outsourced business or external contracts and suppliers. You are also structured in your way of working and have a good administrative experience. We expect you to have a valid work permit in Sweden.
