The opportunity
We are currently seeking an EY wavespace Facilitator to act as the lead to develop and deliver exceptional, immersive client experiences. The role is located in any of our EY Nordic countries; Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland.

As a Lead Facilitator in the EY wavespace Nordics team you will have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to every challenge for a range of client needs across the Nordic market and region. Your focus will be on developing client-centric approaches in close collaboration with our EY wavespace Experience Leader and Experience Designer, while being the lead on executing the delivery of our sessions focusing on the immersive experience to drive how our clients interact, engage, and experience an EY wavespace session with the aim of solving our client's most complex challenges, faster.

Currently we are delivering physical, and virtual experiences which requires the ability to travel across the Nordics and from time to time to other locations outside of the Nordics. This is a role with opportunity to advance within the EY wavespace Nordics team. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and expertise as part of the larger global EY wavespace community.

Your key responsibilities
As an EY wavespace Facilitator, you'll team with a wide-ranging set of key stakeholders within EY wavespace, across the broader EY community and externally with clients to build and deliver best-in-class innovative and immersive experiences:
Understand the objectives of the experience and how the design of the experience will meet these objectives
Play a supporting role in co-design meetings to help capture client's visions and requirements and help co-create design strategies and experiences that meet those needs.

Project manage all aspects of an experience: before an experience this may include detailed logistics planning, liaison with our Hospitality and AV teams. Acting as a client liaison for booking co-design meetings, documenting decisions and tracking actions, producing detailed run sheets, Mural/Miro design and creation, supporting clients in the use of collaboration software that will be used in the client experience, template design and creation, management of project budgets.

You will take a collaborative approach to work with the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and having a genuine interest in solving complex business problems.

Skills and attributes for success
This is an energetic and interactive role working with a variety of stakeholders. To qualify you must have:
• 10 -15 years of professional client facing experience, leading and guiding clients through co-creation processes and experiences. Working in the field of design, innovation, or consulting with excellent interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in design or business is a plus!
• Be fully aware and well versed in Design Thinking with in-depth knowledge of design.
• Business acumen with a genuine interest in the evolving business landscape across market sectors with an engaging, curious and flexible mind-set when faced with new opportunities.
• A creative, forward-thinking and problem-solving approach to tasks, coupled with high attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities with a genuine interest in solving complex business problems.
