hela Sverige You are an experienced Project Manager who can quickly familiarize yourself within new
organizations, network with stakeholders and hit the ground running. You lead
projects and assignments with different scopes and focuses, where the goal can
be cost-, time-or result-oriented or all of these. A Project Manager can run
projects of different "sizes" regarding complexity, resources, and cost
perspective.
The Project Manager should be capable of running projects in different ways, for example in accordance with agile practices inspired by lean principles or in a more traditional triple constraint and milestone model. Projects might have either
internal or external customers and stakeholders, posing different levels of
constraints and restrictions on scope, budget, and time plans.
It is vital that you have an engineering background, preferably in embedded software, electronics, or a neighboring domain. With this knowledge you can work
cross-functionally to make effective use of project resources. Cooperating with
stakeholders from various business areas and external customers, is central to
succeed in projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for establishing a good
atmosphere and effective partnerships in these relationships.
The methods and processes that the Project Manager may encounter in a project include Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, SWOT, WBS, Gant. Tailoring of these and additional methods is determined in collaboration with the client.
It is meriting if you hold a certification such as PMI's PMP, or an IPMA-C/IPMA-B, or a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

• Relevant technical skills.
• Good knowledge about risk analysis and management.
• Command of written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Understanding of different forms of project management.
• Interest in learning and understanding new areas.
• Interest in leading a team and to motivate them to succeed.
• Good organizer and a strong planner.
• Focus on customer needs.
• Good communication skills, both with individuals and large groups.
• Good knowledge about Project Management methods and tools as well as Agile Methodology.
