Guarantee safe operations according to the Paulig Safety Rules
Create commitment, enthusiasm and willingness to change through clear and committed leadership.
Develop the team to act high performing and flexible and ensure competence and competence supply to production
Optimize the manufacturing processes to be able to deliver on time, with the right quality in the most cost-effective way possible
Responsibility for the cost efficiency and productivity of production
Responsibility for improving and maintaining the quality of production in accordance with current food laws
Responsibility for process planning and development of these as well as continuously driving efficiency improvements in production through ongoing improvement work
Actively working on continuous improvement in work environment, quality and productivity.
Ensure that the financial results meet set goals and are constantly improving
QUALIFICATIONS
Solid experience in Operation or Supply chain
Experience from complex production & supply chain environments
Experience driving change
Excellent English communication, verbal and written
Experience from having worked with process development& continuous improvement work
Understanding of business KPIs and financial reporting
