We are now hiring a European Manager Technical Support to our Energy & Facility Division, preferably based in Norrköping, Stockholm or Dalarna.

As European Manager Technical Support you report to our Global Head of Energy & Facility (E&F). E&F has developed a strong portfolio of products with market leading EVSE features such as our destination charger Chargestorm Connected 2 and our portable charger Njord Go. With safe and user-friendly solutions, CTEK is now a well-known brand with over 100,000 sold charge points across many different European countries. The products are mainly sold to charge point operators, but also to electrical wholesalers, installers/electricians and property and car-park owners. Customers therefore comprise both consumers and businesses, including Vattenfall, Eways, MER, Lundbergs Fastigheter, Stockholm Parkering, Rexel, EVC, City Electric Factors, and Flowbird.

What you do

Our European Manager Technical Support supervises Support Engineers throughout Europe to ensure operational stability and efficiency with continuous improvement. You deliver support in alignment with set KPI's, customer expectations and strategic imperatives. This position has full operational decision-making authority for function within set goals, policies, and budget.

In this role you manage operational day-to-day activities for the E&F Support Team, including but not limited to, phone/email support, remote connectivity, commissioning, on site field support including managing through partner network, training (Skillbase) and sales support.

You will also;

• Set yearly and quarterly objectives and key results for the team. Lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve set goals.

• Identify training needs and provide coaching.

• Monitor first response time and give customers with SLA priority according to contract.

• Develop and implement a robust and time saving support process including billing of service instances.

• Escalate and follow-up relevant support questions to other functions or direct manager when needed.

Your skills

We want you to have several years of experience working as a service or development engineer within an applicable area of technology. You have a technical education and previous leadership experience is preferred. You have good computer skills (MS Office, Salesforce.com, Windows etc.), and fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written. German, French or other European language preferred.
