Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as Strategic Product Manager at Product Line RAN Compute!

Our Exciting Opportunity
Product Line RAN Compute is profit & loss responsible for the RAN Compute portfolio of products within Ericsson Radio System. Ericsson's RAN Compute portfolio consists of Baseband hardware, Radio Processors and Radio Gateways. The RAN Compute products flexibly handle compute functionalities for all generations of radio access technologies, including 4G LTE and 5G NR.
Working in Product Line RAN Compute, you will be part of an expert team that is managing business and product strategies, cradle-to-grave product lifecycles, market demand analysis, developing business cases, requirement definition, system design, sponsorship of large R&D projects, product introduction, supply chain definition, go-to-market and customer relationship management.
Technology continues to transform the world we live in and as responsible for our RAN Compute portfolio, we have the interesting and challenging task to define our product offering, by exploring cutting edge technology and understanding how it can address our customers challenges.
Working at the intersection of technology and business, you will be part of the team creating technology solutions that brings positive change to our customers and to the wider world around us.

You will
Determine future network architectures, future technologies and drive the long-term RAN Compute portfolio accordingly
Manage the portfolio as well as drive competence and business readiness
Handle solution development as well as control and plan the product
Handle requirements and assignments
Support and market portfolio sales and solution
Drive continuous improvements


To be successful in the role you must have
M.Sc. University degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
A couple of years relevant experience in a full/part time position
Domain experience in Network architectures and Technology Roadmaps
An entrepreneurial and commercial thinking approach
Excellent presenting and communicational skills
Great proficiency in networking and relationship building
Capability to initiate action and decision making
Planning and organizing skills
Ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
Sound knowledge of product management
Genuine interest in/knowledge of business management
Genuine interest in product architecture and technology
