You have previous experience of working on the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda and how to integrate it into business practices. You know how to create an inclusive culture!
You can lead yourself and your agenda, likewise, enabling strong collaboration with stakeholders across IngkaCentres as well as other Ingka Group functions.
Furthermore, you can implement long-term plans, through clear KPI 's and goals. It is natural for you to take leadership and responsibility, expressing your ideas and opinions, with the aim to influence, inspire and challenge the existing when needed.
What will you bring into the role
• Experience of driving the equality, diversity & inclusion agenda in a global environment
• Proven experience of implementing ED&I strategies, tools and processes in a global and dynamic environment
• Strong capabilities in influencing and collaborating with several stakeholders
• Thrive in a role that combines operational and strategic work
• Having international work experience and a strong ED&I network, would be seen as a strength
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In this role you will lead and develop Ingka Centres global ED&I approach and plans in line with our overall Ingka Group ED&I strategy.
This is a new role within Ingka Centres, securing that put further emphasis on the ED&I area and create awareness, build knowledge, and continue becoming an even stronger inclusive organization.
To name a few of your tasks, you will be:
• Driving the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) agenda for Ingka Centres by influencing, integrating, creating awareness and educate leaders and co-workers to secure ED&I is a natural part of the business agenda
• Identifying ED&I priorities based on our Ingka Centre's business needs and put activities in place which also supports Ingka Group's Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda
• Ensuring ED&I is an integrated part of our business processes and contributing to people and organizational performance
• Taking an active role in collaborating with Group Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Centre of Expertise, our P&C Business Partners, line managers and the wider ED&I community
• Acting as a contact towards the business for all aspects related to ED&I, including driving the ED&I Network

This position is working on a global level, with colleagues in different countries and you will report to the Talent Development Manager, based in Malmö. The position will be placed in one of our hubs in Malmö, Madrid or Warsaw.
