E-commerce Marketing Manager at Epiroc

Your mission as e-commerce marketing manager is to develop and grow the Epiroc business in all of its dimensions within the e-commerce business space and safeguard full market coverage for all our products via digital market places and assure end-to-end transactional and logistic processes.

You are expected to lead the strategies that make online transactions possible. Your mission is to drive incremental business by developing and driving sales into B2B ecommerce platform as well as oversee the marketing strategy, optimize product pricing, organize and develop website marketing plans, and then execute on the same.

Specific tasks and responsibilities
* Develop and implement digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives that maximize brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and drive conversions and sales revenue
* Manage SEO/SEM/PPC and display advertising through Google and digital media networks
* Develop personalized e-mail campaigns, blogs and other content marketing initiatives to promote thought leadership, target highly segmented audiences and influence purchasing decisions
* Engage key audiences and increase followership through social media including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
* Partner with IT, identify and oversee the appropriate technology requirements to support the eCommerce strategy
* Own and manage the customer eCommerce experience including design and aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding, functionality and performance of the company web sites
* Create and populate Magento content management system with compelling and dynamic content to drive customer engagement
* Leverage market research and best practices to align the company's digital presence with the optimal customer journey and experience
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure relevant and engaging content consistent with brand strategy that builds awareness
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch products online
* Manage, monitor, problem solve and distribute key reporting indicators and metrics including SEO performance, lead conversions, new customer acquisitions and sales transactions

Knowledge & Experience requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or equivalent (MBA preferred)
* 5+ years of experience managing B2B2C digital marketing and eCommerce web sites (2+ years managing Magento 2 platform preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in e-mail lead generation, nurturing and social media campaigns
* 5+ years hands-on experience with digital tools including Google Analytics, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Google Tag Manager, Funnels, and AB testing preferred
* Demonstrated knowledge of Internet marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth
* In-depth understanding of SEO and factors that influence high rankings in search engines
* Experience with SEM and management of PPC programs
* Experience with content management systems
* Experience using e-mail platforms such as HubSpot or Marketing Cloud
* Demonstrated knowledge in using Google Adwords and meta-data tags
* Successful track record in in compiling and analyzing search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a bias for action
* Strong financial acumen and ROI orientation
* Understand customers who are purchasing from the online platform and create customer profiles.

Comprehend the Strategy and develop and fit/align a marketing plan in line with the company's overall business strategy. A good strategy provides a clear roadmap with guiding principles and rules.
Understand customers: ECMM should understand buyers who are purchasing from the online platform. Create customer profile.
Know the product: understanding the company' product portfolio & industry.

Location and travel
This position requires international travelling. Location is depending on the candidate, Sweden or USA. For applicants not residing in Sweden or USA, local plus condition applies
