About the role
The infrastructure HW team is a team of 17 people, all committed to develop and improve the components we are responsible for. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and suppliers and be responsible for the delivery- and lifecycle of the electronics and mechanics for one of our new main Electrical Control Unit (ECU). You will also be responsible for the development plan, managing the internal cross-functional team, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers. You will also work with people from purchasing, quality, SW, Functional Safety, Cyber security, aftermarket, and manufacturing. You may be a leader, but since the team is highly motivated, skilled, and fueled with a lot of creativity, you will find yourself being a leader who creates the opportunity for the team's success. We are looking for you...
... who is a leader. You can lead a cross-functional team - and secure the deliveries in time with expected quality. You like to take responsibility for your work and consistently drive towards your goals, even during difficult circumstances. With your holistic view, you can identify what needs to be done and take steps in the right direction to deliver. You are also a person who can manage and balance priorities and workload for your team members. All in all, you are genuinely interested in electrical and electronics engineering and want to be part of this exciting journey we have in front of us.
Requirements:
Several years of leadership/project management experience.
At least 8 years of experience within hardware development of embedded systems.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience from Advanced Product Quality Planning.
ISO 26262 knowledge.
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
