hela Sverige We are now looking for an Engineering Task Leader
EACS (Entertainment and Connected services) are responsible for developing services and our platforms for the infotainment systems presented in the secondary information display (SID).
You are a skilled technical agile project manager for infotainment platform project, a business critical project.
As Engineering Task Lead you have the responsibility for driving the next generation of the infotainment Product.
Within this role you are expected to take complete product ownership for services and products bought from partners and suppliers.
You will work with stakeholders to Plan, follow-up and deliver Product Development projects according to agreed scope, budget, time plan and quality.
We are looking for a person who has proven experience within infotainment area. You will fit well if you are a social, trustful and committed person who can explain complex technical aspects (verbally and in documentation). You need to have a true can do attitude together with a strong quality focus. Additionally, it is expected that you have a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your team.
Besides, the wanted profile includes that you have the ability to work under demanding conditions and to create a successful working climate in these situations. This includes that you have excellent prioritization skills and the ability to eliminate roadblocks. Lastly, if you have a strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams - you are our perfect match.
Requirements
M.Sc. in Electronics, Software Engineering or similar
5-7 years of experience from product development
3-5 years of experience in project management
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to speak and write in
English effortlessly
