Job Description
Do you want to play an integral part in accelerating H&Ms digitalization journey? As an Engineering Manager/Technical Product Manager at H&M Group, you will be responsible for the Engineering team in the Integration Enablement Area while partnering with other visionary teams to support our Unit to drive the integration Platforms & Services mission and roadmap. Your creative ideas will add tremendous value, paving the way with innovative patterns and templates.
In your role you will be working closely with relevant stakeholders, you'll dive deep into the organization's requirements and needs, offering critical insights that help our architects and software engineers design and develop next-generation, composable business solutions using Azure Integration Service and GCP cloud native services.
You will lead the team dedicated to creating integration solutions that are not only robust and secure but also future proof.
You'll be part of evaluating new technologies, ensuring they align with H&M's mission for product and service excellence.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Strategize, drive, prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
Clearly and effectively communicate with other teams and relevant stakeholders.
Lead and provide technical guidance to the team.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the developments of integration principles and integration solutions.
Monitor and manage the financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team.
Collaborate with other distributed product teams to deliver/consume new capabilities provided by the Integration Platforms & Services Unit.
Develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally with many teams across organizations and functions, and as a result, deliver solid and future proof integration solutions that deliver business value.
Mentor and coach your team members to enable them to grow professionally and increase their performance.


Qualifications
Who You Are:
Worked with APIs/Event driven Architecture, Azure integration services, GCP cloud native services and knows how to implement this on a large scale in an Enterprise.
Experienced with integration and/or worked with different Integration platforms and integration patterns.
5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on work with integration solutions, API & Event design.
Minimum of 5+ years of product management with demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.
Trust in your ability to provide valuable insights and guide in complex technical decisions.
Deep understanding of public cloud technologies (Azure & GCP primary)
Strong agile mindset and skilled in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow ups with cross functional teams.
Experience with communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
