Job Summary

The Engagement Lead Business Finance & Business Control role is organized within Operational Excellence Finance. Operational Excellence Finance has the responsibility of enabling operational excellence within Group Function Finance in order to improve performance towards wanted position. One main element is to drive the strategy & improvement cycle for Group Function Finance and the different functions. The Engagement Lead role will be the main interface towards key stakeholders within Business Finance & Business Control regarding all elements in the strategy & improvement cycle.

The Engagement Lead role reports to the Head of Operational Excellence Finance and is a member of the unit's leadership team.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Facilitate & coordinate the strategy cycle for Business Finance & Business Control including strategy definition, improvement roadmap & performance management.
Identify, drive, support and facilitate efficient & effective change & performance improvements.
Support in alignment and prioritization of improvement activities and actively manage improvement portfolio.
Drive target setting & balanced scorecard as an integrated part of the strategy cycle.
Ensure continuous progress reporting, governance & follow up of improvement roadmap & performance targets.
Act as internal consultant, applying a consultative approach, and bring perspective and guiding principles into the strategy & improvement cycle.
Facilitate coordination between functional owners and operational owners within Finance.
Ensure common Ways of working and End-to-End approach across Finance.
