Who are we?
Working with Testing Technology means that you establish and develop relationships with test engineers within most system areas of the vehicle. You will also build an understanding of the technology within those areas. We are a team supporting the development organization with electronic prototypes.

Electronic prototyping is responsible for developing and manufacturing electronic prototypes for the whole development organization. The prototypes are mainly used for testing during the developing phase. Our responsibility is to ensure that our customers have the prototypes they need when it comes to harnesses, control boxes, drawing circuits schemes, circuit boards or other test equipment. We make prototypes after existing documentation, but also customized electronics based on the customer 's needs.

What you will do
As Electronic Engineer you will have responsibility for breakout harness for VILs (Vehicle in the Loop rigs) and Boxcars. Both to understand the needs, design the harness and to produces them. You will be the one building in the prototype in the rig and verify the function of it.

We expect that you have a deep interest in electronics and technology. You should like to dig deep into technical solutions to find what the customer needs. The harness will be unique for the specific tests and you need to find out how to design the harness and produce it in our workshop.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronic engineering or similar work experience, have worked with designing or have a good understanding of electric schematics. To be successful in this role you have automotive knowledge and experience of building electronic prototypes, harness design alongside with soldering. If you have Knowledge in electrical safety regulations and/or driver 's license B is this meritorious for the role.

As a person you easily see the broader picture, how things are connected and what happens if there is a change done. Furthermore, you have precision and quality-conscious in all that you do as well as you have a high level on customer focus. One other skill you have is to sort out and plan/prioritize the work due to urgency or timing.
