We are looking for a Head of Office with the responsibility as the Financial-, Office Manager for a maternity leave of our customer located in Lund. The assignment will start 25th of May 2015 and end 30th of April 2016.

As the Head of Office of Miltenyi Biotec Norden, you will be part of the Finance Department of Miltenyi Biotec GmbH. You will proactively manage the office, delivering both the highest standards at all times to clients and staff, and you will continually manage costs to budget, ensuring best value to the company.

You will report to Country Manager Nordic & Benelux.

Responsibility
Organize and coordinate office operations, procedures and resources, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Valuation, coordination and controlling of all financial business transactions and processes of the Miltenyi Biotec Nordic.

Within this role you will have full responsibility of three employees in the Customer Service department.

Principal Duties and Account abilities

Finance:

• Leading of the financial aspects, covering :
• Accounting, controlling (partly reporting), taxation, cash/liquidity, intercompany transactions & budgeting (in assistance)
• prepare monthly -, quarterly - and yearly financial end-closing
• Coordinate, support and financial valuation of all business transaction o Handle tax questions and intercompany transactions o Development and service of the SAP ERP system o Close collaboration with the Finance Department of Miltenyi Biotec GmbH o Ensure that all legal and internal requirements concerning the accounting are fulfilled o Build strong relations with team members and other colleagues, especially in Germany

Office management

• Maintain office efficiency by planning & implementing office systems, lay-outs & equipment procurement.
• Ensure availability of office supplies & equipment
• Design & implement office policies by establishing standards & procedures.
• Manage office personnel
• Ensure quality and availability of office personnel
• Facility management: maintenance, cleaning, catering, safety, IT tools.
• Managing the back office.
• Ensure filing systems are maintained & up-to-date
• Manage office budgets
• Responsible for transport, accommodation & organization of meetings, lunches & other events
• Maintain professional & technical knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required

Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for a person with high Level University Degree of Industrial Management and Economics or Comparable High Level Accounting Degree.

As a Finance Manager you have at least 5-10 years of Practical Experience of Accounting, ideally in an International Concern Environment. Profound Knowledge of Swedish GAAP and Knowledge of IFRS requested. Knowledge in German GAAP would be positive.

Very good Experience in SAP ERP especially the Modules FI and CO or similar business system would be helpful. Excellent language skills, fluent in business English and local language, confident to translate and communicate in English and knowledge in German will be considered as an important asset and how has proven success in similar role. We expect you to have Knowledge in MS Office Products

It is important that you are business oriented, service minded, positive, structured, flexible and a Team player. You can manage own work load and be tenacious and driven to succeed on task delivering to an excellent standard.
