Role Description
As our PIM Specialist, you have the main responsibility for our PIM and DAM platforms (built on inRiver and MediaFlow Pro). The role is positioned in the e-commerce department, but you will also work closely with other functions in ensuring that our product data is of high quality. You will also supervise the development and maintenance of the technical platforms, their data models, and their application/usage in our organization.
As our product information is constantly increasing in size and complexity, maintaining well-functioning routines for how this information is changed over time will be crucial for your success. Likewise, you will be responsible for making the product information available to various stakeholders and channels, and adapting to their needs.
Qualifications & Personal Traits
You need to be fairly senior within the PIM field, with extensive experience of managing a PIM system and its application in an international organization. Being knowledgeable in inRiver is highly beneficial. Experience of working with InDesign is also a plus. An education in IT, engineering, sales/marketing, or alike is expected.
Since online product exposure is of growing interest to Ejendals, we favor someone who is skilled in managing product information also for the web, and someone who have taken part of an organizational transition from print to online.
As a person, you're especially strong in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers. In addition, you navigate yourself and others with ease and structure, through complex scenarios and large sets of integrated data.
