In our R&D Global Graduate Program, you will see that innovation is at the heart of everything we do. This unique global program gives you the opportunity to meet with industry experts and attend courses for an overview of our innovative technology and research. PDU Converged Core operates within DU Core and IMS within BNET. The PDU is responsible for Converged Core Network Solutions and products including IMS. The PDU has about a thousand employees and is a global organization. Main governance is in Sweden with operations in Sweden, Hungary, China and Canada.
We are looking for a SW Developer at our Feature Development Center (FDC).
We are responsible for four products: Call session control function (CSCF), Session Board Gateway (SBG), Business Communicator Enabler.(BCE), and Presence and Group Management.(PGM).

Qualifications
To join the Ericsson R&D Global Graduate Program you require:
• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology or relevant field
• 0-2 years experience in ICT
• A high motivation and interest in working in the ICT area
• An interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and "outside the box"
• Self-esteem, self-knowledge, social ability and an interest and potential in leading other people
• A global attitude, willingness to relocate internationally
• The desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other language
• The ability to quickly adopt and enjoy using the latest technologies within SW and business development.
We are using three different languages. C++, Java and Erlang. You have a genuine passion for SW development and are interested in all aspects in the SW development area. You are eager to constantly learn and share your new findings. You are keen on solving problems as they arise and have a genuine technical interest in understanding the systems requirements and the end to end perspective. You will work in a multicultural environment, using an agile/lean ways of working, which means that we are working in cross functional teams.
