Jumpstart your future in our R&D Global Graduate Program, where recent graduates explore their passion for innovation.

At our PDU, WCDMA & MS RAN, we create the SW that connects millions and millions of smartphones. Smartphones, tablets and other new devices exponentially increase the demand on data traffic all over the world. We are a global organization with operations in Europe, North America and China.
We apply Agile and Lean principles in our daily operations and this helps us to develop our product in a more efficient way. Our agile teams are formed by skilled and passionate SW engineers. The teams create cutting edge SW functionality to respond to future network demands.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• 0-2 years experience in ICT
• Strong interest in real-time software development and Telecom technology
and good knowledge of programming languages like C++ or Java
• A high motivation and interested in working in the ICT area
• An interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and "outside the box"
• Self-esteem, self-knowledge, social ability and an interest and potential in leading other people
• A global attitude, willingness to relocate internationally
• The desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other language
• The ability to quickly adopt and enjoy using the latest technologies within SW and business development.
