For our Fresenius Kabi Sweden Operations (SweOps) we are now looking for a driven controller with a production focus and who would be willing to take on future international assignments. You will report to the Director of Controlling SweOps and be one in the team of 5 controllers.
In your role, you will work closely with some of the function heads of the SweOps Management Team. Your area of focus will be production. The main responsibility will be to drive the financial awareness of the selected function heads. By follow up monthly closings vs latest plans, trending various KPIs and driving the budget and forecast work in a coaching way - you will make sure that the organization sustain its cost control and competitiveness. In addition to that you will also drive the business forward by collecting and interpreting data for decision making. By these tasks you will be given a very interesting insight to the core business which would be valuable for your future carrier path.
To excel in this role, we see that you have:
• Academic background - preferably financial or technical and/or other merits providing a genuine understanding of operations and the links to the financials.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience from a professional controller role - preferably within a manufacturing company or within the life science area.
• A broad understanding of several fields of competence and fast learning skills.
• Strong communication skills as well as good English and Swedish skills.
• A structured, process oriented and goal focused work style.
• Profound analytical capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and other systems such as SAP.
• Experience of Production Cost calculations and Net Present Value calculations.
• Experience of working with continues improvement and change management.

The role is a fix position with placement in Uppsala, Sweden, that starts with a 6 months probationary period.
