My name is Fredrik and I'm looking for a new colleague within the web/cloud security domain.
Here at Axis I work as a security software architect with our embedded products, usually involved in several projects at the same time. My key roles are the design of the software, giving input to security requirements and developing key security components. Generally I survey the current security trends to decide on the next path to take. I assist teams with best practices and when new vulnerabilities are discovered I take part in their analysis, planning and execution.
The job is often challenging but also very exciting and now we are looking for someone who can be my counterpart on the web/cloud side of Axis.
Responsibilities:
You will play a key part in ensuring Axis products' security is up to the challenge.
With your security expertise you will help the development teams create secure solutions by doing architectural analysis, compile best practices and help libraries.
You:
Think security is important. Have worked with cloud based systems for at least a few years. Are a self-starter and possess strong self-motivation. Have the ability to drive cross-team technical discussions.
Skills:
Have a good understanding of common web technologies such as HTML, Angular, Node, REST. Good knowledge of common web application security flaws. Decent understanding of cryptographic primitives and their underlying principles. Secure API design principles. AWS. C#. Good understanding of networking.
