Oatly needs to strengthen their Communication team and we are looking for you who have another main employment, such as work or studies, and who want to work extra as a Consumer Relations Specialist at Oatly's Headquarterin Malmö. The team consistsof six people and you will work extra for exemple when Oatly hascampaigns and planned or unplanned absence.

TASKS

The role includes the following tasks;

* Keep a close dialogue and build long-term relationships with Oatly's consumers.
* Communicate with Oatly's consumers via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, but also by phone and mail.
* Answer questions and discuss Oatly's values, statements and their products.
* Handle complaints in close collaboration with colleagues in quality to ensure follow-up of complaints.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience in the service industry and who are communicatively skilled, used to social media and who have easy to create relationships with others. The role demands the ability to quickly get into complex issues and respond to and discuss them in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. To succeed in the role, you have a genuine interest in environment, health and sustainability issues as well as a interest inOatly's products. Oatly is a value-based company and wants you to share their values. You are fluent in Englishand Dutch or Spanish.

As a person, you are committed and used to maintaining a high level of service, both internally and externally. You are responsible, take initiative and have a positive attitude.
