Job Description

As a Display/SEM Specialist at ARKET, you are responsible for the paid search and DV360 on a global level. Your main task is to further accelerate the growth in customers and sales for both online and physical stores to ensure customer satisfaction, brand building and profitability.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You will be responsible for developing and following up on the Display/SEM strategy and optimize growth and performance to increase selling from both our online and physical stores.
You will be the main contact towards our external performance agency and brief, steer and follow up on their operational work.
Drive work towards internal content teams with goal to optimize copy, landing pages and customer behavior for search engine marketing and display campaigns.
You will align internally with our assortment and sales teams ahead of a season, and brief our external agency on the upcoming collections, products and new assortment. Act in season based on selling, consumer insights and changed search behavior.
Budget responsibility. Budget optimization towards set business goals. Follow up and build customized reports, analyse and present results and findings.
Strive to learn and evolve within the latest technologies, tactics and platforms. Drive technical requirements needed towards IT teams.
Have the ability to manage/adjust image/video within example Adobe photoshop or Google web designer.
Cooperate and work cross channel with other stakeholders to secure a 360 view and that our content is in line with brand guidelines and tonality.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are driven, positive, flexible and comfortable switching between strategic work and hands-on execution. You also have a collaborative mindset with ambition to evolve not only yourself, but a team and colleagues as well. You love to educate and share insights about your area of expertise.

We would love to meet someone who:
Has +3 years of hands-on experience of working with Display/SEM and performance marketing campaigns at an agency or similar role at a brand.
Has in-depth knowledge and experience working with all Google Products (Google ads, DV360, Analytics 360, Data studio, tag manager) and other search engine marketing platforms.
Has experience working in an international environment.
Master customer & performance analysis, have excellent analytical skills and loves to present your findings.
Fluent in English, both oral and written, plus with other languages.
Has basic image editing skills and content handling.
