We are looking for a committed and inspiring Director Operations to our Product & Supply Division.

As Director PSD Operations at FlexLink you will play a key role to identify and drive activities and projects within operations such as improving efficiency, quality, performance and reducing cost. You will be an important part of a solution-oriented team at our office in Göteborg, Sweden, seeking to achieve significant growth over the next years in the field of supply chain. Qualifications
Education requirements, MS in Engineering or Supply Chain. You should have at least 5 years' experience from managing an operations team in an industrial environment. The position requires that you are fluent in English, both in speech and in writing. Proficient knowledge in Supply chain methods, tools and processes. Experience in Change Management. Willingness to travel.
