In this global position you will participate in delivering organizational goals by supporting managers on different levels in HR related issues that drive business performance. The role includes the full range of HR Business Partner activities both globally and on local Swedish level.

In this role you also drive the Compensation and Benefits area within GTP, guiding and coordinating the HRBP colleagues from a global view. You are part of the Group HR Global Comp and ben working group where you represent GTP.

You support global management teams and therefore to be successful in this role you must be a good teamplayer that have the ability to build relationships with both HR colleagues and linemanagers from different countries and cultures.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Recruitment and succession planning, labor and employee relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion, competence development, organizational development and change management
• Drive the area of Compensation and benefits on a global level for GTP as well as locally Sweden
• Drive the area of Workforce analytics on a global level for GTP
• Coach and challenge managers in decision making on HR matters and in the roll out and management of HR processes/activities
• Support managers in the resolution of employee issues, including liaisons with the trade unions, where appropriate
• Coordinate with local HRBPs on other sites and HR personnel in the Service Delivery Model (SDM) to ensure effective joint delivery of HR support to the assigned organization
• Ensure that the organization complies with local employment laws & legislations and applicable Volvo Group policies
• Work closely with the HR network and support organizations to ensure compliance and appropriate resolutions
• Ensure that managers have access to relevant HR analysis and data

The job requires good networking; therefore your ability to communicate, in writing and verbally, and to work with people on different levels and in different areas, is essential. You are committed, have good prioritization skills and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, a related field or equivalent work experience
• Min 5 years' experience from HRBP work
• HR BP experience from a global organization is preferred
• Communication: good verbal and written skills in both English and Swedish
• Interest in compensation and benefits
• HR Controlling and Reporting: ability to create and utilize HR data to establish reports and monitor policies and guidelines. Proficient in all HR related systems i.e. VGAS, SAP, Navigator, Kenexa, etc.
• High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives in conjunction with day-to-day activities with minimum supervision
• Solid conflict resolution skills which demonstrate confidence in own ability and analyzing data to question and challenge managers and other HR, resulting in sound conclusions thorough knowledge of HR processes and policies
• A wide degree of creativity is expected
• Understand coaching and facilitation principles that help drive transformation and change in the organization
• High level of integrity and ethics
• Understanding of interpersonal relationships and organizational behavior
