Your accountabilities and responsibilities?
GTT is seeking a strong leader to join the HR Leadership team as the Director Compensation and Benefits. This position is responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, design, and management of the company's compensation and benefits strategy. He/she will evaluate internal and external market trends that align with the business strategy to drive results. The Director of Compensation and Benefits will also assess and implement innovative technology solutions to support the efficient administration of compensation and benefits processes. He/she will partner with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Director to provide comprehensive support to all people managers and colleagues.

Critical competencies for the position
The HR Director Compensation & Benefits will have a strong understanding of business challenges in an international environment and is able to demonstrate a clear vision as well as a global mindset.
The HR Director Compensation & Benefits is highly skilled in Compensation and benefits as well as a good ability to analyze HR statistics.
He/she is a strong communicator with good influencing skills, also able to create trusting relationships in spite of cultural differences and geographical distance
Required qualifications for the position are:
A Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
At least 10 years experience from HR
Strong understanding of the business context and challenges
A customer orientation with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively
Compensation and benefits skills
The position is part of the HR Management Team and reports directly to the Senior Vice President HR at GTT. Travel is required.
