• You will be part of an innovative project with the goal to develop new digital and data solutions for businesses and merchants
• Responsible for working with potential partners, creating new data and targeting segments and understanding the digital advertising marketplace
• Use methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports and solutions
• Use data to create models that depict trends in the consumer and transactional space
We are looking for a Digital Systems Engineer & Data Director to work in Stockholm and lead this initiative.
Required Skills / Competence:
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience working in digital media, start-ups, data and global businesses
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in travel, luxury and fashion businesses
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• Experience in creating digital and data strategies that drive revenue
• An understanding of credit card transactional data. Prior experience working with a major credit card company is important (Mastercard, American Express, HSBC, etc)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with various software to build tools and systems - excel, DFP, DSP, IAB Certified, etc
• Ability to combine business acumen with engineering insight into programming and data applications
• Needs to have global digital, data and media experience
• Understanding of first-party, Deterministic data
• Experience in managing teams of engineers, data analysts and business development managers
• Ability to speak and write in English with global relationships
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging digital technologies, methodologies and solutions in a fast-paced environment
