You will be responsible for delivering improved customer, operational, and/or financial performance impact, driving target setting and operational performance management, and fostering necessary cultural changes. The role will also enable you to provide your analytical expertise to notable transformation initiatives, business flows, units, and functions. What you will do:- Analyze, propose and implement improvements to processes, ways of working, operations and organizations.
• Define business cases and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for transformation initiatives.
• Identify and manage risks related to transformation initiatives.
• Drive transformation initiatives from idea to adoption, ensuring OKRs are met, and business cases are fulfilled.
• Manage a portfolio of transformations, ensuring alignment across lines of business.
• Operate as a change catalyst, fostering required culture changes within our operations.
