As Digital Product Owner - Service Management & Special Capabilities within People Experience (HR) your purpose is to make life less complicated for our employees.

Your will be responsible for the end-to-end deliveries within HR Service Management and drive the digitalization agenda closely with a variety of business stakeholders. While spending the majority of your time creating value to Service Management, you will also use a smaller proportion of your time with Special Capabilities such as digital Wellbeing and Health capabilities.

The People Experience domain is transforming to improve collaboration and delivery times through the formation of agile teams. Clearly experience in agile working methods are beneficial to this role, but it is more important that you are used to driving change and are very open to learning and improving the current state. The ongoing organisational product orientation is supported centrally, but will still require the Digital Product Owner to exhibit a strong self-guided drive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will play an important role of the establishment of the Digital Product and the Digital Product Team. You will understand exiting business requirements in close collaboration with the team and stakeholders. Challenge as-is-processes to streamline and maximize value in business and service request solutions. Maximize value added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the Product Backlog from a business perspective to optimize the execution, while maintaining technical integrity of the components. Together with the digital team develop and deliver solutions end-to-end, from identifying opportunity and capture requirements, to designing and ensuring testing to maintaining and continuously improving solutions as a part of the product offering. You will also coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners and Business Stakeholders and ensure a team based deep understanding of ServiceNOW capabilities and closely follow its developments in order to maximize opportunities of digitalization. Onboard emerging digital needs in Special Capabilities within People Experience and maintain capabilities of existing solutions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

In this role you need to have the ability to influence and collaborate with business owners and other stakeholders while being able to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical, while working independently to make value based product decisions. You need to have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build a 'one team' mentality. Experience from the People Experience function, understanding it's general capabilities and offerings while also having strong facilitation skills and the ability to communicate on priorities.

We are looking for you who has a University degree in Business Administration/HR and/or IT or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience from HR/process development and IT in an international organization. We want you to bring an understanding of HR processes and policies and experience in digitalizing processes, meriting if within HR. Experience in business requirement specification development and Experience in ServiceNOW or similar system is a plus. Product Owner experience is highly meriting
