Who are we?
We are now hiring for a Digital Product Manager (DPM) to Drive our domain Finance innovation and Cost follow up, Data, and Simulations supporting Volvo Group Trucks Technology.

Who are you?
In this position, you will be driving an experienced team of Technical Project Managers, Supporting them in the work of driving Epics forward and initiating the work with new Epics in this Domain
The product Cost and Planning portfolio consists of a diverse range of IT-solutions, supporting Product Cost & Controlling, Planning, Portfolio and Project Management at Volvo Group. You will operate in a truly global context, with stakeholders across several Business Areas and Truck Divisions.
* Finance systems - Product cost & controlling
* Product strategy systems
* PowerBI solutions
* R&D project and portfolio management
What will you do?
As a Digital Product Manager among other thing you will do: -
* Define product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
* Secure that the business & digital initiative strategy and goals are visualized and well understood.
* Manage and lead interactions with stakeholders and end users.
* Regularly collect on implemented work through measures, analytics, and end user input
* Provide thorough analysis and insights of market, technology, digital product trends and the competitive landscape.
* Plan and forecast resources need in connection to One Rhythm
* Drive planning circle for digital product, including roadmap, resource needs and budget required.
* Ensure digital products fulfill all legal, compliance and security requirements.
* Secure release and roll-out plan, including change management and training approach.
* Identify successes, issues, risks and potential actions to be escalated.
* Cultivate strong collaboration and teamwork.
Who we are looking for?
* Experience from and knowledge of IT development in Process and IT projects
* At least 3 years of Project Management experience in automotive industry
* Experience from working in an agile delivery organization
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* As we work in a global organization, it is important to have a good command of the English language
Applicants shall have university degree in either engineering, business, IT or other relevant university background or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge.
In this role, you will report to the Group Manager for Product cost and Planning, Data and Simulation in Volvo Group Trucks Technology.
