We are looking for a Digital Product Information Manager to Incontinence Care within Global Hygiene Category (GHC). GHC leads SCA’s hygiene brand portfolio and delivers brand development and innovation for our three business areas, Incontinence Care, Consumer Goods and Professional Hygiene.
As a Digital Product Information Manager you will work closely with the innovation teams on implementing new product launches in our Product Information Management System (PIM) to secure high quality maintenance of the information on behalf of the innovation projects in launch and change phase. Next to that you will maintain the assets within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool so that we have an accurate repository of assets.
The position holder is a member of the Master Brand & Communications Team and reports to the Marketing Services Director in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main Tasks
Subject matter expert, SME supporting the innovation teams in how to implement new product launches in PIM.
Maintain the information (adding, updating, and removing) on behalf of the innovation projects in launch and change phase where applicable.
Be the link between PIM and innovation team to develop and update product illustrations and contribute to consistency in visuals & other communication material.
Ensure brand consistency and coordinate all sources of data generation.
Document and hand over for local implementation to Business Unit PIM coordinator in Europe and NA.
Support regional and local PIM coordinator in PIM product related matters.
Train the global brand innovation managers in the PIM process.
Indicate change and improvement areas in PIM for full customer experience
Responsible for ingesting digital assets, metadata tagging, and organizing assets in the DAM.
Provide support and assistance to DAM users by fulfilling asset requests and assisting with asset searches when necessary.
Drive and increase usage of DAM locally and globally
Lead and champion quality improvement in DAM
Key Competencies
Effective team player with drive to maintain deadlines and deliver to schedules and activity demands.
Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong collaboration and networking skills.
Structured and well organized with attention to details
Required Education & Experience
3-5 years’ experience with digital media & website as well as data management.
Proven skills in digital communication.
Good knowledge of website development, and in web administration tools.
Basic skills in Photoshop and ability to quickly learn new programs.
Fluent in English written as well as spoken.
Self-motivated, objective driven with ability to work autonomously.
International experience and exposure.
