We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on CMS (web editing) and Paid Media campaign management.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project and campaign management skills and be adept at coordinating with internal stakeholders (LG Electronics Nordics) and external agencies. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required, any additional Nordic languages are a plus.
Overall Job Purpose:
1. To ensure LG's website (LG.com/ D2C Store) is fully optimized with active products, compelling landing pages,
and engaging banner communications to deliver the best possible digital brand and User Experience to the consumer.
2. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our Paid Media campaigns including creating targeted and promotional campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CMS platform, focusing on web editing and content updates
• Develop category banners, landing pages, and new product pages for LG.com for assigned business units within a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain LG.com compliance workflow, working with the E-commerce team, HQ, and legal counsel to update Cookie Policy, Cookie pop-ups updates, product updates, prices, disclaimers ..etc
• SEO optimization - health check, keywords analysis, and optimization based on results
• Suggesting UX Optimization and Improvements - Implementing approved changes, and reporting results
• Plan, execute, analyze, report, and optimize our Paid Media Campaigns
• Create engaging content (Creatives, Copy) for our Paid Media Campaigns
• Campaign management, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and agencies within budget
• Enhance marketing campaign materials and on-site content accuracy
• Provide analytics and campaign stats reporting, extracting insights and key learnings for continuous optimization
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders and management, reporting results and key learnings

Requirements & Experiences:
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken), additional Nordic languages knowledge is a plus (Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
• Good understanding of the digital ecosystem, including proficiency in paid media platforms like Meta, Pmax, Programmatic ..etc
• Experience in digital campaign management and content translation
• Experience working hands-on with design teams, media, and translation agencies
• Knowledge of SEO practices (both off-page and on-page)
• Ability to perform keyword analysis to inspire and suggest content strategies
• Proficiency in CMS (preferably Adobe Experience), Google Analytics, and paid media platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic HTML is required, and Google Tag Manager experience is a plus
Experience working previously in Consumer Electronics and e-commerce is advantageous (Brand or Agency Side)

Education and Qualifications:
Of graduate calibre. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required Ideally will also have experience in the Consumer Electronics industry.
