Using strong creative and analytical skills (ads management), you will apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns and develop our Ad product portfolio. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, and will be in regular communication with the clients to help shape top performing campaigns. This is a role with a lot of potential to grow, where you can make a big impact on current and future strategies, and means working with EMG's most innovative team.
Responsibilities:
• Planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn Business platforms
• Creating and delivering onsite display ads and banners on our own sites
• Developing the processes and the products in our Ad portfolio
• Monitoring campaign performance and analysing results to influence the products and strategy
• Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, applying international best practices and innovative tools

As a member of the EMG Family, you will be working with a talented, passionate and collaborative international group, based at EMG 's headquarters in Stockholm. We believe in lifelong learning and continuously develop our representatives internally through EMG's Academy and externally with some of the best trainers in the world.
Who are we looking for?
• At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager, or any other paid digital advertising platform (LinkedIn, YouTube or TikTok is a plus)
• An eye for graphics (graphic design and video creation skills a plus) and great attention to detail
• Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work to short deadlines
• Data-driven mindset to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps (Google Analytics)
