The Patient and Post-Acute Care business category is responsible for a portfolio with current annual turnover exceeding 7 Billion SEK. We want to be the globally leading provider of healthcare solutions for people affected by reduced mobility within both Acute and Post-Acute care segments. Our products and solutions are sold worldwide and our organization is currently based in Europe, North America and Asia.

The position
In this position you will lead the digital marketing strategy development and implementation for the Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC) business category. Based on your profound experience with digital marketing of tangible solutions, you will have the opportunity to drive this area of strategic significance to the category.

Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Develop and drive implementation of a customer-centric, ambitious and yet applicable digital marketing strategy for PPAC
• Align the PPAC digital strategy and implementation plan with other business categories in Getinge Group as well as Group Communications and Branding
• Liaise with Solutions Management to ensure compelling, applicable and globally scalable digital assets for new launches, lifecycle updates and campaigns
• Manage digital agencies including budget, quality assurance, performance etc.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of digital assets
• Develop and drive an integration agenda across digital platforms securing an excellent customer experience of the marketing domain

The position is ideally based in Malmö, Sweden but the right candidate can potentially be based in San Antonio, TX or Houghton Regis, UK. Since you will have a global scope, you should expect international travel, average 30 - 40% on an annual basis.

The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have a solid experience from digital marketing at both strategic, tactical and operational level. You have experience with relevant technology platforms and have documented experience lifting traditional marketing efforts into the digital domain.

Some of your key characteristics include:
• Comprehensive understanding of the customer experience ecosystem and how digital and analog experiences work together. Understanding of the role that brand and experience play in marketing strategy
• Experience with Inbound marketing
• 3+ years of BTB marketing experience from a regulated industry (ideally med-tech but can also be pharmaceuticals etc.)
• Solid experience in Web Marketing, Web Product Management, customer communications, email marketing & online advertising including experience with social media management
• Experience developing digital marketing strategy for a product or solution category on global scale - either from consulting side or from an industry role
• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is an advantage
• Experience of CMS platforms preferable EPI Server
• Experience of working across multiple digital platforms and devices and (IOT)
• Experience with Google Analytics is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Worked with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Video editing preferable with Adobe Premiere / Final Cut and HTML5 and CSS knowledge would be advantageous

You are highly independent and in scoping your own work you effectively engage and motivate colleagues towards a shared vision. Finally you have a clearly global mindset that shows itself in great collaboration skills.
