The position
In this position you will be part of the Customer Experience Management team within the Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC) business category. You will lead the digital marketing strategy development and implementation. Based on your profound experience with digital marketing of tangible solutions, you will have the opportunity to drive this area of strategic significance to the category.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Develop and implement a customer-centric, ambitious and yet applicable digital marketing strategy for PPAC
• Align the PPAC digital strategy and implementation plan with other business categories in Getinge Group as well as Group Communications and Branding
• Liaise with Solutions Management to ensure compelling, applicable and globally scalable digital assets for new launches, lifecycle updates and campaigns
• Lead and execute digital marketing strategy including SEO, digital marketing campaigns, SEM , e-mail marketing etc
• Manage digital agencies including budget, quality assurance, performance etc.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of digital assets
• Develop, manage and measure our digital marketing platforms
• Develop and drive an integration agenda across digital platforms securing an excellent customer experience of the marketing domain
The position is ideally based in Malmö, Sweden but the right candidate can potentially be based in San Antonio, TX or Houghton Regis, UK. Since you will have a global scope, you should expect international travel, average 20 % on an annual basis.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have a solid experience from traditional and digital marketing at both strategic, tactical and operational level. You have experience with relevant technology platforms and have documented experience lifting traditional marketing efforts into the digital domain.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• Defined, designed and implemented digital marketing capabilities and platforms for a product or solution category on global scale - either from consulting side or from an industry role
• Solid experience in digital marketing execution including content marketing, campaigns, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, email marketing, online advertising and social media management
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience from a regulated industry (ideally med-tech but can also be pharmaceuticals etc.)
• Experience in using analytics to understand strategic customer segments and how to target these for business growth
• Practical knowledge of available market leading ad-distribution and digital marketing platforms such as Hubspot including knowledge on how to integrate with other platforms
• At least 3 years work experience relating to Digital Marketing & Sales, working hands-on within one or more of the areas below:
oSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
oSearch Engine Marketing (SEM)
oConversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
oSocial Media Marketing (SMM)
oDisplay ads/ Programmatic
oMarketing and/or Customer analytics
oCustomer segmentation and targeting with advanced tools
oMarketing Automation
oCampaign Management
oCustomer loyalty
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands on experience as copywriter or from creating media collateral is an advantage
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat is an advantage

You have a passion for digital strategies but have a clear mind for business that allows you to create value-adding and tangible digital product marketing plans. You are highly independent and in scoping your own work you effectively engage and motivate colleagues towards a shared vision. Finally you have a clearly global mindset that shows itself in great collaboration skills.
