www.ascom.com We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Ascom Global Marketing Communications Team, to support the Global, Product, select Regional Marketing and Sales initiatives aligned with our B2B marketing strategic priorities.
About the job
Our goal is to continuously improve the quality of information and experience presented to our customers /users, partners, both internal & external across our ever-expanding installed global solution base. Applying a combination of analytical, marketing, design and project management expertise to create integrated digital marketing strategies, this role will play a key role in building a holistic and consistent Content Management strategy across the entire customer lifecycle.
This role will also utilize Web analytics, metrics and KPIs to continuously monitor, align, and improve engagement and conversion rates across our digital portfolio, including: Web sites, microsites, landing pages, SEM/SEO, and social programs.
In this role you report to Senior Global Marketing Communications Program Manager, also located in Sweden, Gothenburg.
Responsibilities:
• Promote business-to-business (B2B) product innovations
• Develop and manage a holistic and consistent Content Management strategy. Assess, prioritize and execute the content related needs of the company. You will also maintain Content Management roadmap.
• You will establish global content guidelines for localization. Ensure the content consistency at a global and local level, designing fully integrated campaigns together with the global and local MarCom teams.
• Identify and track key metrics, leveraging data to make strategic decisions and maximize the value of our content, optimize business processes, and improve solution performance.
• Engage and activate international network, proposing a set of various trainings to help them become Ambassador of the brand.
• Share and scale proven best practices across teams to increase customer comprehension, product adoption, and issue resolution.
• Drive innovation and experimentation in leading edge content formats, information architecture and rich media.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistently to maintain strong platform performance and product solution communication is available across our portfolio
• Monitoring content activities to be able to measure the success of our campaigns and blogs.
• Develop and coordinate delivery of training support to achieve fast in class digital marketing excellence at global and regional levels.
The role also include to maintain and monitor the digital assets in DAM (Digital Asset Management). You will help drive the development of digital content strategy across multiple Ascom products ensuring CVI and brand guideline standards are followed. You will also own the marketing material lifecycle (online and offline)
Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional experience in global healthcare digital marketing and or medical devise, with a focus on B2B marketing
• Strong experience with large scale, global and product content management
• Strong experience in leading CRM, DAM, and CMS projects
• Strong experience working with Adobe tools and platforms
• Demonstrated skills in analytics and strategic planning
• Experience with content in relation to channel optimization, brand management, segmentation, localization and analytics
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of product & launch management
• Strong skills in MS Office
• Strong Project Management skills is a plus
Personal Skills
To be successful in this role you need to have excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a structured and creative approach to work. We are looking for someone capable of promoting new ideas in exciting but practical ways. A person with analytical, strategic, conceptual and entrepreneurial mind. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
