hela Sverige Polestar now have an exciting opportunity for somebody that can work within a global fast paced, challenging start-up organization, to initiate, scope and successfully manage the Digital Change Manager role.
What you will do
As the Digital Change Manager you will be responsible for change and release management within the IT organization and help to protect the production environment and ensuring that quality of service is provided. In this role you will manage the overall change process and maintain the change calendar within Digital to coordinate, plan and align changes. You will need to work closely with the digital initiatives to identify risks, prepare for any organizational changes and ensure overall readiness for change. ? You will be an important part of implementation of multiple project initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones within established timeframes.
You will also be responsible for quality assurance and will manage any quality procedure, standards and specifications necessary to secure the quality levels expected for Polestars services. This responsibility also requires close collaboration with both development and operational functions to ensure business requirements and customer expectations are met as well as acting as catalyst for performance and stability improvement initiatives.?
Skills and competencies suitable for the role
We believe that you have a university degree and proven change management experience from an digital organization. You have experience related to successful delivery of change management work, stakeholder engagement, communication planning and organizational readiness.

To be successful in this role, you must be well-organized and driven. You have great communication skills and work well both individually and as part of a team. You have a holistic view, including vision, business, sustainability and customers.
