In our product development teams, we work in a data-driven way, experimenting and analyzing the results to find the optimal solutions.
As a Digital Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to influence the way we work with goals, experiments, analytics, and visualizations. You'll work with developers, UX designers, and product managers, each with great responsibility in their area of expertise, but also for the products as a whole.
About the role
In this role, you'll be part of our Analytics team (consisting of business intelligence and three other digital analysts) and work on a cross-functional product development team, with a product manager, developers with back-end and front-end expertise, a UX designer, and a development manager. We currently have 6 cross-functional product development teams at Hemnet and you will work with different teams depending on the need. These teams work with a broad range of areas from improving the user journey for sellers to optimizing value creation to our business partners.
As a Digital Analyst, you'll:
Define goals and metrics
Perform measurements and ensure their quality
Track experiments and other development initiatives
Analyze, visualize and present behavioral data
Develop data as a basis for product and business decisions
Who we are looking for
We're looking for you who's worked in a similar role, as web or digital analyst, with the following:
Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager
Google BigQuery (or similar data warehouse)
Visualization with tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau or Klipfolio
Other tools and technologies we use that you, with us, could learn about include:
SQL
Javascript
Hotjar
