Hemnets ambition is to keep developing our analytic ability and we have therefore created a new hybrid organization for analytics. This is to create a strong analytic team to increase knowledge sharing and drive the analytical process at Hemnet. Apart from being a member of our analytical team, you will work in a product team to ensure we make decisions based on our data sources and an analysis of them.
One of Hemnets strategic development areas is the partner business, where you will contribute as a digital analyst and play a key role in the area's further growth. You will ensure our product and sales organization use our data and analysis to drive our business.
In this role, you will work with our B2B products and will be included in product development as well as ensuring we measure and evaluate our products continuously. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, especially within our sales organization to support them with data and insights to make sure they show the full effect of partnering up with Hemnet. To succeed in developing Hemnet's analytical capabilities we strongly believe that analytical knowledge combined with collaboration and communication skills will be key factors.
What you will do:
• Develop data as a basis for product and business decisions
• Drive insight and hypothesis for the team's features
• Analyze, visualize and present data for the Partner Business
• Assist in setting goals and OKRs for the team
• Track experiments and other development initiatives
• Communicate with external stakeholders
We believe you have:
• Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery
• Worked with Looker Data Studio, Tableau
• Knowledge and interest in the business side of your role
• Experience working with digital analysis
• Relevant education
