You will be part of a team of five dedicated engineers and two RFQ specialists and your main responsibility will be to customize our products and support our Operating Units regarding how our stainless steel products can add value to the customer in different applications. You will work in close cooperation with the product manager for the stainless steel assortment and be part of the stainless steel development projects, as well as support in technical questions regarding our products.Main activities and responsibilities · Mechanical design in 3D cad system· Technical support for our Operating Units· Act as project manager for minor projects· Cost and profitability analysis· Build up knowledge of how our products can be used in customers applicationsWho are you?· B.Sc. preferably in machine Engineering, or equivalent in work experience· Three years of relevant industrial or design experience· Experienced in Solid Works/Inventor or similar CAD software · Skilled in technical drawings · Machine/equipment design experience· Knowhow in different material characteristics· Used to work in PDM/PLM· English, both written and spoken· Other languages is meritorious due to our global presenceAs the ideal candidate, you have great communication and analytical skills and like working in a structured way.
