http://en.highvision.se/ High Vision Engineering is now expanding and is looking for Design and Lead Engineers for the Gothenburg area. As an Engineer at High Vision, you will be a part of the technical development and progress of the product.
Work will be performed in cross functional teams consisting of competences represented from suppliers, product engineering, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, attribute leaders such as comfort and cost engineering among others. You will work in a global environment, with an international cross functional team with many global contacts.
We are looking for someone with experience as Design Engineer or project management in the field of Automotive Design. At High Vision Engineering we all share a big interest for technology and now we want to expand our team. You will be located at one of our customers within the automotive industry.
Main responsibilities
• Manage/be a part of a cross functional team in engineering projects and ensure delivery with regards to time-, technology- and cost.
• Design Engineer for a specific component or System, responsible for development of parts for complete systems
• Secure project deliverables acc. to Customer Product Development System.
• Take part of and influence future strategies for solutions in our vehicles
• Manage supplier contacts in regards to planning, monitoring and leading sourcing activities
• Project planning
Essential requirements:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc in mechanical engineering or equal experience
• Experience from working with Catia V5 and Team Center
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Driver license, level B
Desirable requirements:
• Preferably experience from Automotive Design, e.g. Complete vehicle integration, Technology & requirements, Manufacturability, Part assembly and Tool design.
• Documented Design and/or Lead Engineer positions are meritorious
• Experience from the complete chain of automotive engineering / industrialisation and sourcing suppliers
• Technical knowledge, experience in project management systems and construction planning
