Publiceringsdatum2015-12-03Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for driven Departmental Coordinator for a consultant assignment lasting approximately 11 months.
Pharmaceutical Development, which employs approximately 500 people at AZ Gothenburg, designs and delivers the active drug product (including formulations, devices and packaging) required to support new medicines. Likewise, we design and deliver products to be used in toxicology studies or clinical trials, and we develop technology to ensure that drug products can be scaled up for manufacturing on a commercial scale.
Pharmaceutical Development (PD) Systems Team is responsible for ensuring Operational Infrastructure in SE. Operational Infrastructure cover several functions within business support and development, for example Asset Management, Application Portfolio Management, Information Management and Operating Model. PD Systems provide guidance and support related to Who to Contact for What? Who Decides What? What Goes Where?. PD Systems strive for Simplification and to ensure Added Business Value in everything we do.
The Departmental Coordinator is an important player in this field and in our team to ensure that we simplify all related areas as well as to support the organisation with ensuring efficient Lab Administration, Processes and Tools.
The role
• Provide and facilitate a single point of contact structure for PharmDev related to the Operational Infrastructure Area
• Translate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Contracts into Who To Contact for What/ Who Decides What incl continuously improve and maintain this information over time. Ensure communication and information to PharmDev within this area- in a simple and engaging structure, layout and model.
• Identify and Propose Improvement and Simplification Opportunities linked to SLAs, Contracts, Organisation, Processes and Tools within the Operational Infrastructure area for Pharmaceutical Development
• Work in Selected Improvement Projects
• Work with change management, ie training, communication, engagement when there are changes to PharmDev Processes, Tools and Organisation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a lean, consistent and professional project/ process support approach for PharmDev
• Builds strong relationships and works with Pharm Dev colleagues to identify and solve problems with a proactive mindset
• Organisation and logistics of selected external and internal events, meetings and training sessions
Vem är du?
Academic degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Science or similar area is preferred.
• Experience in a customer and service orientated environment as well as a proven track record from continuous improvement and/or change management.
• Experience from working with implementation and maintenance of tools, organisation and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organisation and externally
• Very good written and verbal skills in English
Ability to demonstrate the drive and energy to establish the role and to make a difference.

• Hands-on but strategic. Ability to take holistic, strategic view of systems and processes and translate this into action, to deliver results over the medium to long term.
