DEPARTMENT MANAGERS
Home Furnitures and Accessories/Malmö
Position responsibilities:
• responsible for the success and development of the department
• ensure that the sales objectives get achieved in the assigned department
• take care that the department is operated correctly
• responsible for the team-development and training
• permanent working on the product line, close cooperation with the purchasing-department
• development of the local product range in cooperation with the head-office purchasing team
• contact to national and international suppliers
• coworking with shopfitting-department, merchandising-department and marketing-department in order to achieve an excellent presentation of goods in the store
Position requirements:
• a sales- and resultsoriented professional
• profound experience in managing and supervising sales teams within the retail sector
(ideally furniture or home accessories)
• excellent administration, organizational, communication skills
• willingness to travel (for your initial apprenticeship)
• an excellent chance for sales people (experienced in retail/furnitures/home accessories) to assume responsibility in order to move their career
