DEK Technologies is a technical consultant company with a flat organization aiming to develop proactive and creative solutions. Our teams are self-managed, and we strive to stay this way by using Agile working methods. At DEK Technologies you will find collaborative and empowered engineers with the ability to self-organize and create innovative backend solutions.
We are, for the second year in a row, opening the application for our appreciated trainee program. The trainee program is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. You will also be trained in Agile WoW. After completing the program, you will be working within our main telecom assignment.
The theoretical part consists of lectures lead by our senior consultants that will provide you with a solid foundation for continuous learning. Parallel with your lectures you will be assigned to one of our teams where you will be learning on the job while helping and contributing to the team. You always have a mentor to guide, support and help you.
Qualifications for the position:
• BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or similar
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
Practical information:
• Start date: 1st of September 2020
• Type of employment: Permanent employment (tillsvidareanställning)
• Salary: upon agreement
